This issue is still happening though, just take a peek at the gerrit
replication logs. It seems that the repos that fail to sync go changing from
time to time.
As we talked about through irc, I think that the issue is that old jar at
/home/gerrit2 that is being picked up by gerrit that is messing it up, I think
it's worth trying to move the jar out of the way and restarting gerrit
