Gerrit automation seems to be touching bugs like
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=64468 and
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=63626, which don't seem to
be related to ovirt. Is it doing this instead of touching
things that it should be, which are elsewhere?
