the node jobs keeps failing on cleanup issues which will be solved if we move
the job to run on Lago.
lets do it for master(4.1) as POC and see if it helps.

the job doesn't nessasarily needs a BM slave, so we will need to check what
infra changes are needed (puppet classes to install lago?) in order to run it.
