After successfully testing the pilot OpenShift instance in PHX it's time to
deploy a production setup. This ticket is to track what we'd need and discuss
the details.
For example, the following points don't apply to the pilot instance and need to
be planned well for the production one:
1) container persistent storage
2) node topology
3) user authentication
