We upgraded the PHX engine to 4.0 recently. Backups are still working but we
need to check they can be restored just as before.
Also, a backup took 2 megabytes before upgrade but now it's 272 megabytes. I
assume this is caused by the DWH database, but worth double-checking.
Last thing for this ticket is to remove outdated backups to free some space.
