oVirt has the following link defined in [1] for Console Client Resources:
http://www.ovirt.org/documentation/admin-guide/virt/console-client-resources/
This is currently a broken link. I think it's easier to fix the URL rather than
patching oVirt and having existing users still having the old one in their UI.
