I think this can also be because we're not blocking outside repos in the VMs
any more.
We probably need to go back to doing that, or implement [Lago issue
#426|https://github.com/lago-project/lago/issues/426] to allow injecting the
mirrors from the {{reposync-config.conf}} file in to the VMs
