[~amarchuk] it looks like a repoman bug, I tried running our publisher job
which syncs RPMs from tested repo into snapshot and you can see in [1] its
adding the RPMs but not saving them. even more strange it works for el6 and
fc25 but not for el7.
You can see the ovirt-engine-wildfly-overlay rpm is in tested repo [2]
Please see if you can find out why repoman doesn't sync the el7 rpm ...
