Make pipeline loader apply time stapms and ansii colors to all code.
Right now it only applies them to code running on the loader node.
Doing this requires the [timestamper
plugin|https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Timestamper] to be of
version 8.8 or higher.
