The ovirt-containers project produces a binary that we want to release
automatically using the Travis CI and GitHub releases mechanism. To do so we
need to add to the project an encrypted GitHub token with permissions to add
files to releases. The details are in the following patch:

That token can only be generated by the owner of the GitHub project. Can you
please generate it?
