Hi,
We've issued an error where a specific change was not accessible by the owner
of the change. I've catched the following error in the error_log:

GET

java.lang.NullPointerException

I've found out that this is an internal Gerrit bug which was fixed in 2.13.9.
Currently we're using 2.13.8.
