Since 64-bit ARM supports virtualization and it recently [became a supported
RHEL
platform|https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/red-hat-introduces-arm-server-support-red-hat-enterprise-linux]
we should consider adding some ARM slaves to the Jenkins to be able to build
VDSM and friends similarly as we do for ppc64le.
