To move forward with OVIRT-1490 we need to migrate the HostedEngine storage
domain from storage01 to storage02
I propose the following upgrade path to move the NFS share between storage
arrays while continuing to serve production workloads:
* set global HA maintenance
* stop Engine VM
* stop HA agents and brokers across all HE hosts
* unmount the volume
* copy volume contents to storage02 and move the IP
* start HA agent/broker to ensure they are able to mount and access the volume
* start HE VM
