There were two changes done by Simon on vdsm.
The change failed in 4.2 on build-artifacts and I re-added it and vdsm build
passed.

However, ovirt-engine was still failing on what seems to be the same issue.
sometimes it takes the second build to pass but if does not pass by Sunday then
it could be another unrelated issue
