The patch from the last build is from June 8th.
we had a couple of different issues on resources since then so we cannot tell
what happened that deleted the package.
the only way we can know if we have a missing package is if we try to install
it and I don't think that we are implicitly installing this package (with fail
on failure) because
1. we were not failing
2. it is not in the *include* packages list in reposync (which install all
packages used by ost).
if we want to be alerted on this package being missing we need to make sure its
installed.
I re-merged the last patch so it would create the package again to fix the
current issue and I suggest adding a test to ost that would install this
package or exit on failure if it is already being installed.
