due to a bug in openstack, package python-ovsdbapp which is a dependency of
ovirt-provider-ovn is broken.
to fix the issue, [[email protected]] has created a tmp repo that would
replace this specific package until its fixed by openstack.
Since this should be a temporary solution and creating a new project that is
needed to be maintained by ovirt until openstack will merge the fix may be a
too elaborate solution I agreed to add a tmp repo for this package but to
review this again in a month to see if there is advancement from openstack
side.
