just noticed in
https://jenkins.ovirt.org/view/Change%20queue%20jobs/job/ovirt-4.2_change-queue-tester/3124/
that both the patch including the official release patch and the
post-release patch has been added to the same change queue job, causing the
official release to be skipped in favor of the post release:

This is really bad, meaning that a regression introduced in the release
patch may be completely ignored provided that the post release patch fixes
it.
