after discussing this in email, Aviv confirmed that at some point soon
qemu-kvm-rhev will be in rhevh channel [1]
at that time we would need to start consuming the package from rhevh rather
then from the RHEL repo.
This will probably not happen before RHEL7.6 GA but sometime soon.
