We have a nice monitoring plugin in place which provides interesting info on
threads, for example:
https://jenkins.ovirt.org/monitoring
For example, it showed me a GET request running for several hours for
/api/python?pretty=true&depth=2
I tried to access it as well and it took several minutes to load a result that
was showing lots of jobs, run details, artifacts and growing in size. After 5
minutes I cancelled the request in my browser but the thread continued on
Jenkins.

Will keep monitoring to confirm what's causing the slowness
