New subnet configured on foreman and several VMs migrated as test

Action items:

Review ansible jenkins patches
-
Move PVs to temporary project and re-assign
-
subnet migration:
- move guest subnet to new IPs
- Verify firewall settings
- Forward PTR zone for mail sending
