I got a confirmation from IT that providing IPv6 is not possible in PHX at this
point. Since resources.ovirt.org is quite a large service (1.5TB of RPMs and
ISOs) and heavily used by both our users and the CI subsystem (15TB of
downloads monthly) it is not trivial to find a new location for it or even
perform the move without impacting our processes.
We are currently reviewing alternatives to PHX and will ensure that the options
provide IPv6. Once we have such a platform we can revisit this request and move
resources.ovirt.org there.
