I cleaned up the slave using:
mock -r ./fedora-28-s390x.cfg --shell
rm -rfv /hostvar/cache/mock/fedora-??-s390x-*
I think this slave isn't cleaned up because we don't have sudo on it.
perhaps a local cleanup script can help.
