There's currently three types of repos used by CI:
1) versioned snapshots taken from mirrors.phx
2) latest repos cached on proxy.phx
3) latest repos fetched direcly from upstream
The names however are mostly the same which makes it harder to pin-point the
root cause when a certain repo fails to sync or RPM fails to download (see
OVIRT-2749 for an example)
Opening a ticket to add suffixes to identify each of the types, for example:
-direct for upstream mirrors
-proxied for proxied ones
-phx-mirror for mirrored ones
