replacing anything we need to figure out what is the problem exactly. So for
this ticket we will certainly just fix the issue as it seems to be related to
the set of patches we merged last few days.
Then the solution is a bit more complex than a local box and involves multiple
hosts and operation systems. E.g. we pretty much do relay on docker serving
over a socket as a networked service. So replacing will involve some
reengineering.
