example, centos7.conf has:
[centos-base-el7]
name = CentOS-7 - Base
baseurl =
http://mirrors.phx.ovirt.org/repos/yum/centos-base-el7/2019-01-20-09-36
gpgcheck = 1
gpgkey = file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-7
skip_if_unavailable = true
proxy = _none_
but CentOS 7.7 has been released long after 2019-01-20 so it's not being
updated on slaves.
Please update configuration ASAP.
