I've added several new repo mirrors today and they're failing to sync:
https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/system-sync_mirrors-ovirt-master-copr-nmstate-0.2-el8-x86_64/2/console
Looks like the mirror cleanup code does not expect a mirror to be empty and
fails. Shlomi, could you please fix this?
