The ovirt-master-glusterfs-7-el8 upstream repo is broken which is causing all
mirror syncs to fail with error:
Error setting up repositories: failure: repodata/repomd.xml from
ovirt-master-glusterfs-7-el8: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
This is likely related to the release of Gluster-7.5 which caused a move of the
LATEST repo to one that doesn't have el8 (or rl7 to that matter):

We need to report this inconsistency upstream. As a workaround we can
explicitly mirror 7.4 until el8 builds appear for 7.5
