Since last week, all build artifacts jobs fail with "Testing system error":

This breaks OST, waiting for the builds.
The error seems to be in global_setup.sh:
[2021-11-26T16:02:21.443Z] + sudo -n systemctl start libvirtd haveged firewalld
[2021-11-26T16:02:21.443Z] Failed to start libvirtd.service: Unit not found.
[2021-11-26T16:02:21.443Z] Failed to start haveged.service: Unit not found.
