Well, depends on the kind of things you want to work on and find interesting. ;) Most of our applications have a readme that tells how to set them up for testing. For the sysadmin side you might also look at the CSI doc: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Community_Services_Infrastructure/1/html-single/Security_Policy/index.html (although, it could sure use updating).
