If there was a way for more senior folks could recruit an apprentice to
shadow/mirror/watch/review ssh logs on when that guru resolves an issue.
That'd be pretty neat, I guess provided teh apprentice is interested in
what the SR guy is doing.  And, a HUGE and.. time permits for the Sr.  I
know as well as anyone that a lot of times it's easier just to do a thing,
versus corralling a lower level to watch you do the thing.  Maybe you guys
might have a better idea?

Finding things to work on, for sure.  Easyfix tickets don't happen all the
time, which makes things harder.  Plus the competition for those lower
hanging fruits is tough.
