In particular, the bit about "Wait for components to be tagged also in final tag before marking module as done. This should fix an issue for the F27 compose." is important. See https://pagure.io/fm-orchestrator/pull-request/686 There is a db upgrade (to the MBS db) in this update. I'll verify in staging first that I can upgrade/downgrade before touching prod.
