I made a bit of a start on Badges today because hey it's Friday and I didn't feel like doing anything else. This is my branch: https://github.com/AdamWill/tahrir/tree/py3 I also ran into something that needs fixing in tahrir-api before tahrir will work at all with current sqlalchemy: https://github.com/fedora-infra/tahrir-api/pull/47 so you'll want that fix too.
