I believe the meeting time is no longer adjusted. It is always at 16:00
UTC. At least with the recent intro of DST in the States it was kept at
16:00 UTC and Europe's switch to DST last Sunday just means it will be
an hour later local time this week.
I'm sure Kevin will correct me, if I'm wrong. ;)
