Hi,
since the beginning of this week I am unable to access pagure.io from my
computer (but access from my cell phone using 4G is working).
I wonder if there is any restriction on the pagure.io server that could be
blocking some subnets? My internet box has an IP address in the 80.10.238.0/24
range.

I can resolve the hostname, traceroute finds a route but ping fails and any
browser fails to load the webpage:
$ ping -c3 pagure.io
PING pagure.io (8.43.85.76) 56(84) bytes of data.
 From pagure02.rdu-cc.fedoraproject.org (8.43.85.76) icmp_seq=1 Destination
Port Unreachable
 From pagure02.rdu-cc.fedoraproject.org (8.43.85.76) icmp_seq=2 Destination
Port Unreachable
 From pagure02.rdu-cc.fedoraproject.org (8.43.85.76) icmp_seq=3 Destination
Port Unreachable

--- pagure.io ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 0 received, +3 errors, 100% packet loss, time 2003ms

Would anyone have an idea what is going wrong?
