Yes, do ask questions, see us on matrix in our meetings, standups and
day to day channels. If you see something interesting being discussed,
feel free to ask for more information about it.

You're welcome to hang our in #admin:fedoraproject.org (this is more a
channel where people come with issues/problems for us) and/or
#noc:fedoraproject.org (this is more a day to day channel for us with
alerts and information.

Well, I'd say be patient and kind. Ask lots of questions, but be patient
in allowing someone to answer. For better or worse we have always been
more setup for people to join who are able to ask and learn things
rather than waiting for tasks or the like.
