Well, it could be at some point I suppose, but I don't think it would
really be all that popular.

The riscv-koji is seperate from the main fedora one.

If it becomes a problem there's things we could do to mitigate it.

However, one thing that might be useful is to use:

https://riscv-kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/

instead. Right now that points to the koji instance so it makes no
difference, but if we need to split it out and add caching, etc, it
would be easier for us to do that if it's a seperate hostname.
