Well, it could be at some point I suppose, but I don't think it would really be all that popular. The riscv-koji is seperate from the main fedora one. If it becomes a problem there's things we could do to mitigate it. However, one thing that might be useful is to use: https://riscv-kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/ instead.
