Hi Everyone,
We are aware of infra issues with our public cloud causing CSIT jobs to
fail. Our cloud provider has been notified and they are working on this.
For the time being expect CSIT job runs to fail in the releng Jenkins
system however all other jobs like {project}-maven-verify-oxygen style jobs
should keep working. So patches to Gerrit should at least continue to get
verified and merge jobs should continue to push artifacts to Nexus.
We're going to keep the Sandbox system in shutdown mode until this issue is
resolved.
