Do you mean when the CFX tag in this code sends the mail, there is no X-info: 
CFX_iMSMail version 1.5.2" header?  How's that?  I don't see that  you did anything 
differently than me when using the tag...

As for the forwarding code....  Is this in your data.cfm?  If so, why not just:

<CFX_iMSMail SMTPTO="#GetUser.ForwardTo#" SMTPFROM="#form.OrgSMTPFrom#" 
EMAILFILE="#form.EmailFile#" LOG="Yes">

This one line handles all my forwards.  GetUser.ForwardTo is the forwarding address 
out of the Accounts table (which is how I set it up).  Since the attachment(s) is part 
of the raw email file, there's no need to break it out and then re-attach it.  To make 
it fancier, one could check the forward address first to make sure it's not local, 
then use the iMSMail to forward only to non-local accounts.
