Because the name is a UUID there should never be a file with the same name.
This is the reason why the iMS mail files are so long.  We had to take into
account the fact that more than one server or more than one process on a
server could be creating mail files simultaneously and the only way to
ensure that the file names are always unique is to use UUID.

The source code that is available for download is not up to date.  I can
send you the latest source code if you want it.  Anyone that wants the code
should send me an e-mail off-list and I'll send it to you.  The source code
is in Delphi BTW.
