These new server products have several new features that will make your server easier to troubleshoot and also provide advanced security options. This is a free upgrade for all iMS and iMS POST SE customers. We will be supporting only version 1.3 servers beginning on August 1, 2000. New feature highlights: + Flexible directories + Disabling of Statistics + SMTP Authentication + Delivery of non-standard SMTP Mail + MX Parameter during relay mail + APOP Authentication + SMTP Authentication for outgoing mail + POST Delivery Status + POST Purger Utility Please refer to the iMS manual for details. The iMS installation program also installs the latest versions of: + FusionMail Server templates + CFX_iMSMail + CFX_ODSMIME + CFX_ServiceControl The installer will not overwrite your existing server templates but we suggest that you back up your existing templates prior to installing iMS 1.3. The CFX tags can be registered with ColdFusion during the installation process.
