Yes. The application was a quickie that we threw
together as a demo for the CFUN conference this weekend. The code simply
takes the HTML returned from the HTTP call to the weather site and sends it back
as HTML to the e-mail client. If the e-mail client doesn't format HTML
properly then you will see garbage and if the client does not retrieve the gifs
automatically then you will not see them
