Those are not new they have been in place for a while.
However, if you have a lot of these and nothing else it usually means that
ColdFusion has stopped responding as the mail server is handling connections and
nothing else is happening. From your log file it looks like you have 36
connections that are not currently being processed while iMS waits for
ColdFusion.

iMS version 1.3c and POST SE Server version
1.3.4 have been released. These
versions have modified POST
Servers only. The new version of the POST
Server corrects a
problem where mail was not rescheduled for delivery if
there was a
TCP/IP error connecting to the remote server. It is
recommended
that all iMS sites upgrade to these latest versions
(upgrading typically
takes less than a few minutes).
