[iMS] OT: moving CF to another machine

Sorry for the Off-Topic post, I'm stuck and need some help of the CF
experts.  I'm moving my CF4.5 to another machine, and installed the eval
version.  Eventually (today) it expired, and I can't figure out how to
re-install a working version.  I've used CF since 1.5, and don't even think
I have the pre 4.0 disk.  Unfortunately, the 4.0 and 4.5 disks are "upgrade"
versions and require previous installations.

Any idea how I can get a "regular" version of CF 4.51 professional to
install with my serial number?
