We're getting ready to release iMS version 1.3d. This version will include
a new version of the SMTP and POST Server. You won't notice any changes in
the SMTP Server as the changes were internal and do not alter the operation
of the server. The POST Server has the changes that were outlined yesterday
for version 1.3.5. iMS 1.3d will include POST Server 1.3.6 (so POST Server
version 1.3.5 is kind of an orphan version).
Anyway, the new POST Server will allow you to specify a WARNTO parameter.
Since version 1.3 of iMS you could specify whether or not you want warning
messages to be sent to the sender of an email if the delivery is delayed.
This is fine for standard mail but there are situations where you might not
want these periodic warnings - for example, when you are running automated
processes or list servers.
So, to account for this, the iMS POST Server control file now supports a
WARNTO parameter. If you set this parameter to a NULL (using "<>" or
"<NULL>" or "<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>") then the warning functionality is
disabled for that message.
We are also releasing CFX_iMSMail version 1.7.2 which will also include the
WARNTO parameter. So, sending mail to a list may look like:

These versions of the POST Server and CFX tag are currently running on our
main server here. Before we release these I wanted to know if there were
any other features you would like to see prior to release.
