In the dark and distant past we had to reboot the machine as the services
would not start up properly from a "net stop/start". Howie fixed that early
on but we had a rebooter running by then so we have just left it going....
Slack I know :-/ Umm, Am I just ruining our reputation as a hosting
provider? :-)
Now if we need to do anything special a service stop/start is all that is
needed. The last time we got a hangup or anything was a long time ago, but
the many reboots might be hiding something there.
