A remote server can begine an SMTP transaction with either HELO or EHLO.
HELO is the original SMTP protocol and EHLO is the newer, enhanced protocol.
The newer protocol allows for the receiving server to send a list of
supported commands. All iMS SMTP servers from version 1.0 support then HELP
command so that is why you see that one listed. If you enable
authentication or max message size, etc. then you will see thise things
listed as well. The sending server may be having some trouble with this.
If you want to suppress this then you would use the CustomResponse parameter
in your HELO.CFM template (remember that SkipHelo cannot be enabled for this
to work). For example:
HELO.CFM
-------------
result=accept
customresponse="250 Pleased to meet your acquantance"
