yes and yes.

I am using SQL 7 - the only real thing you need to know about, are the
reserved keywords, like Read and Name.

There is someone out there who has some forwarding code - I created some,
but it's just 1 line of code really.  The other code I've seen out there is
just a bit mroe comprehensive.  As a tip, all you need to do is setup that
pop account as a processor, and create a short little processor template - I
called mine fwd.cfm.

with SQL 7, there really aren't any other things to watch out for.
