As long as we're on that topic, could the new database be written, but not
overwrite the old one?  Although it didn't overwrite the ims.mdb file,
because it didn't write it anywhere, so I had to reconstruct the new fields
in the database by reading the code (defaultSomething and Forward, one in
domains and one in Pop, I think).

Changes like that should be documented somewhere, so people upgrading
FusionMail can update their databases easily.
