The scheduler rechecks according to the Timer Interval in the Scheduler
Settings.

The scheduler will restart CF if you specify a result from a template and
the result is not there. For example, every X number of seconds the
Scheduler checks the GetEvents template. If you enabled CF restart then the
scheduler expects to see a RESULT=OK from your template and if that is not
there then CF will be restarted.
