Actually, Tom, I was working with you both via email and phone. After this
past weekend I didn't hear anything from you so I figured that you got
things resolved (I have worked on and off in tech support for over 16 years
and when you don't hear back from someone experiencing a problem it usually
indicates that they have resolved the issue).
